Lentil Hummus

This recipe was developed and prepared by Mark ‘Shack’ Loshack of Rock 102 FM and “Cooked” on Shaw Cable.
Ingredients
1 cup lentils (cooked tender)
2 cloves of garlic
3 tsp sesame seeds
5 tbsp Camelina oil
1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
salt to taste
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until mixture is smooth.
Serve with pita chips or pita triangles.
